These consultations are charged on a 1-hour basis. (Longer or shorter sessions may be available upon request).

Please note that in order to receive this service all individuals are required to provide an authorized credit card number (Visa, Mastercard or American Express only), expiry date, and the full name on the card at the time of signing the electronic form. The fee for a telephone or Skype consultation with Dr. Kathleen M. Reay is $180.00 plus 12% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) in Canadian Dollars per every 1 hour for family members and $190.00 plus 12% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) in Canadian Dollars per every 1 hour for mental health professionals and legal professionals. Please note that these types of consultations are only suitable for individuals interested in consulting on high-conflict divorce, parental alienation, parental alienation syndrome or parent-child estrangement issues and are not meant to act as a substitute for any form of counselling or therapeutic services. CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be provided by email at drkathleenreayevents@shaw.ca. A $10 cancellation fee applies to the May 3 & 11, 2012 6:00-8:00 pm evening events only if cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to the event. All other events a $75.00 cancellation fee will be retained if cancellation occurs 32 days prior to the course. No refund or credit for a future event hosted by Dr. Kathleen M. Reay, Inc. will be given under any circumstanceswithin 31 days of the course date. You are encouraged to send a substitute participant in your place if for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop. Please advise our office staff if another individual plans to take your place. Seats cannot be shared between individuals.Our liability is limited to partial refunds for workshop fees only. Dr. Kathleen M. Reay, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the training program. Please ensure that your travel arrangements including lodging, airfare and/or car rentals are done with this in mind. Online workshop registration and credit card processing
The above workshop registration fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD$). 5% GST will be added to the total. If you are registering for a workshop in B.C. there will be an additonal 7% (HST) reflected in the price. If you are paying online the tax will be added on the final checkout page. All credit card payment information is communicated using industry-standard SSL 128-bit encryption through Pay Pal, a safe and reliable payment system used worldwide. Credit card information is NOT stored; transaction and authorization codes are.
Rebates:
GROUP REBATES: Group rebates available for groups of 6 or more: $325 each.
CLAIMING YOUR GROUP REBATE: All group members must register and pay online in full before the earlybird deadline. Note: the $10 online discount is included in the group rebate.
To receive the group rebate, the group contact person must email the final list of names to drkathleenreayevents@shaw.ca by the earlybird cutoff date. No add-ons to the group list will be accepted thereafter. Rebates will be issued by cheque along with a new receipt for each group member. This will be given in person when you check-in the first morning before the workshop.

To qualify, a letter from an accredited educational institution, verifying full time enrollment, must be emailed to drkathleenreayevents@shaw.ca before the earlybird cutoff date.
