I wanted to thank you for your talk on Sunday. I learned a great deal, but more importantly you affected many of the targeted parents that were in attendance, in a motivating way. The other speakers at the conference were effective at getting their vital information across, but I have to say that your approach was the most human and compassionate one. As a targeted parent I clearly recognize that it isn`t only the fault of the alienating parent, as desperation to maintain some kind of positive emotional attachment to your child can make you do irrational things (like bad-mouthing your ex). The many adjectives you had in your presentation, brought up for me, the resultant pain and suffering that the children go through, as well as the targeted parent. Fortunately, when I stood up at the end of your speech, a group of targeted parents submitted their names and emails and we are looking for a venue to begin a support group.
